What if my home has more filters?
Your price scales with how many filters your home needs. Basic Care covers 2 filters and adds $10/mo for each extra one. Priority Comfort covers up to 4. VIP Protection covers 5 to 7. Have more than 8? We'll tailor a plan.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us how you'd like us in: someone home, a lockbox, a garage code, or a key on file. We arrive in uniform on the day we said.
Who does the AC work?
Licensed, insured HVAC partners. AURA schedules it, checks it, and stays your one point of contact.
How does billing work?
Memberships are 1-year agreements billed monthly by auto-pay. They renew automatically. Members save 10–15% on services and repairs.
What filter grade do you use?
Your choice: Standard (MERV 8–11) or Premium (MERV 13). We bring the right size every time.
